Russell M. Taylor Jr., originally from Dade City, Florida, began his entrepreneurial journey at just 17 years old in the direct sales and marketing industry. That same year, he launched his first auto detailing shop — a business that quickly grew into a chain of seven successful locations before he sold them at 19 to enlist in the U.S. Army. His time in the military sharpened his leadership and discipline, preparing him for the next chapter: building brands, launching companies, and helping others grow.

After his service, Russell dove headfirst into entrepreneurship, creating multiple successful ventures across industries. He became known for developing high-converting marketing tools, both online and offline, and building innovative software that empowers business owners to scale. Over the years, he’s been mentored by and collaborated with some of the world’s top entrepreneurs and marketing minds — relationships that shaped his bold, creative approach to business.

Today, Russell is the CEO of Bold Business Solutions Inc., headquartered in Tampa, Florida — a powerhouse firm that includes six core divisions: sales and marketing, print and design solutions, event production, web and software development, media and film production through 213 Media, and real estate services. Under his leadership, Bold has become a launchpad for brands that want to not only grow but thrive with intention, clarity, and influence.

At the heart of it all is family. Russell has been married for over 17 years to Amy E. Taylor, a successful Medical Director and C.O.O. for a major hospital organization. Together, they’re raising two amazing kids: Hunter Blake, an aspiring kart racing driver, and Lily Grace, a passionate cheerleader and gymnast. They are the “why” behind everything Russell does.

As a speaker, producer, and consultant, Russell is now stepping into a new season — one fueled by purpose and legacy. Through 213 Media, he’s creating impactful content and original productions. Through Bold Business Solutions, he's teaching entrepreneurs how to build scalable systems and live a life of freedom.
